QUALITY SPECIALIST - AUTOMOTIVE ( DE or EN ), Specialists in the field of quality and management systems certification (ISO)

We are looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Quality Specialist for the automotive sector to join our team.

What will be your job responsibilities?

• Daily communication with customers in German or English.
• Resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
• Coordination of corrective and preventive actions (8D).
• Cooperation with production, the project team, and other departments.
• Analysis of non-conformity causes and setting measures for quality improvement.
• Participation in customer audits and support for internal audits.
• Monitoring compliance with quality standards in production.
• Processing quality documentation and regular reporting.

What do we expect from you?

• advanced knowledge of German or English language
• daily communication with foreign customers.
• Experience in the field of quality in automotive.
• Knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP, APQP) is an advantage.
• Orientation in IATF 16949 requirements and customer standards.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
