Your tasks
Within our project squads, you will act as a Tech Lead Java / Angular on full stack topics (Java back / Angular front), with a high requirement for quality, robustness, and delivery.
Your role and missions As a Tech Lead, you are the technical support for the team and actively contribute to development:
- Technical scoping, design, and Java / Angular development (full stack approach)
- Guaranteeing best practices (code quality, maintainability, performance)
- Leading code reviews and supporting the team (coaching, skill development)
- Contributing to architecture choices and continuous improvement
- Implementation / maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in connection with industrialization
- Participation in Agile ceremonies and technical steering of delivery
Requirements
Technical stack
- Frontend part: Angular 6/7+ or ReactJS or VueJS
- Backend part: Java 11+ on Spring framework (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Web/Spring Data)
- You have at least 7 years of experience in application development, including significant experience as a technical referent or Tech Lead.
- You master Java and Angular technologies as well as design principles and software development best practices.
- You are comfortable with technical support for teams, promoting best practices, code reviews, and resolving complex issues.
- You pay particular attention to software quality, testing, maintainability, and application performance.
- You know how to collaborate effectively with technical and functional stakeholders and operate in Agile environments.
- Recognized for your leadership, analytical spirit, and sense of teamwork, you are proactive and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of projects.
- You have a fluent level of English allowing you to operate in an international context.
