Description of the job The ServiceNow pole accompanies its clients - key accounts - in their digital transformation and the optimization of their business processes through the ServiceNow platform. It intervenes on high value-added projects covering the entire lifecycle of solutions: consulting, design, integration, evolution, and maintenance in operational conditions.
In this context, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to accompany our clients in the formalization of their business needs and the implementation of high value-added ServiceNow solutions.
Your role and missions:
- You collect, analyze, and challenge the clients' business needs,
- You facilitate functional and scoping workshops,
- You write functional specifications and user stories,
- You contribute to the design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, workflows, catalogs),
- You collaborate closely with technical teams (Tech Lead, Architects, developers),
- You support the functional testing and user validation phases,
- You participate in change management and solution adoption.
As a partner to national and international companies, travel is to be expected as part of our various projects.
Qualifications You have a good understanding of processes as well as business challenges and are able to simplify complex subjects. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a good collaborative spirit. You have good interpersonal skills and a sense of service. You have a professional level in English. CSA, CIS, SCRUM/ SAFe certifications are a plus. A graduate of an Engineering school or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in functional analysis on ServiceNow projects.
