Product Quality Engineer - Experience in Maquiladora industries

In charge of product quality. Identify major failures and non-value-added activities, manage problem resolution, address all non-conformities in their product line, and ensure the effectiveness of actions. Play a key role in Quality networks. Analyze elements of the costs of poor quality and customer claims related to their product line to define improvement actions and measure their effectiveness. Propose and contribute to the implementation of necessary actions and changes to ensure customer satisfaction, fostering involvement and responsibility among all UAP stakeholders. Validate the transition to mass production of new developments.

• Implement all actions that guarantee product quality (quality level, risk analysis, effectiveness of product/process monitoring plans, etc.). Participate in the UAP continuous improvement process and seek support and commitment from those involved in relevant matters. Promote the Quality process in the product line through support, active listening, communication, fostering responsibility, and conducting internal process and product audits.

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 27 and 35 years
• Knowledge: Problem solving, Risk analysis, Quality, Industrial engineering, Measuring instruments, Production processes
