Application Support and Monitoring Engineer - Hybrid Softtek Sites

Monitor and provide support for mission-critical applications in a production environment. The position focuses on reviewing alerts, supervising application health, performing basic troubleshooting activities, analyzing logs, and supporting incident resolution, working under defined service level agreements (SLA). Collaborate with senior engineers, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the availability and reliability of services.

Among its responsibilities are:

• Monitoring dashboards and alerts.
• Investigating and following up on incidents.
• Documenting findings in ServiceNow.
• Participating in root cause analysis (RCA) activities.
• Keeping operating procedures up to date.
• Helping to improve monitoring coverage and alert quality.

Activities: Transform the functional and non-functional requirements of the product into software components (source code) that comply with specifications, architecture guidelines, and coding standards. This includes understanding specifications and requirements; designing, coding, and unit testing software components; automating unit tests; commenting and documenting code according to established standards; applying software configuration management (SCM) protocols and integrating components into the software product; as well as correcting code defects identified during testing and/or unblocking activities.

• CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH
• Attend the office 3 times a week at any Softtek site
• Rotate between morning and afternoon shifts; weekend on-call shifts are required.
