full stack DEVELOPER (M/F)

GESER BEST Grenoble is looking for a full stack Developer.

As part of a large-scale B2B digital transformation project, to design systems that handle the load and solve complex problems. Integrated within an agile technical team, you will work alongside Product Owners, Architects, and DevOps experts to design a robust, high-performance, and scalable platform. The framework is demanding but structured, with constant attention paid to code quality and architectural consistency.

On a daily basis, you will work on front-end and back-end developments using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular. You will participate in the design of microservices, their integration, and their supervision in a CI/CD environment under GitLab.

Your main missions cover a wide technical scope:

• Design and develop features in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular
• Integrate and evolve microservices within the information system
• Guarantee the consistency of exchanges between different applications
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines under GitLab
• Document developments and ensure code quality
• Perform tests and correct technical anomalies
• Participate in code reviews and apply TDD and Clean Code practices

The profile sought Coming from a Bac +4/+5 degree in software development. At least 3 years of experience (excluding internships) in a similar position in a distributed environment is essential. You know how to work in a team, defend your technical choices, and maintain a pragmatic approach when faced with project constraints.

You enjoy working on modern architectures and producing clear, reliable code. You appreciate environments where software quality and collaboration are strong values. Your contribution directly supports commercial activities and the reseller network. You will evolve in an agile, quality-oriented environment, where technical rigor and collaboration are at the center of priorities.

Expected technical skills:

• Front-end development with Next.js, Angular, and TypeScript
• Back-end development with Node.js, PHP, and microservices architectures
• DevOps concepts and tools, notably GitLab CI/CD,
• Cloud / cloud tools: AWS, Lumigo, or Dash0

• Collaborative tools such as: Trello, Jira, Confluence...
• Agile, TDD, and Clean Code development practices
• Unit and integration testing to guarantee delivery reliability
• Rigorous technical documentation and monitoring of technological evolutions
• English: fluent (working in an English-speaking environment)
