As part of the air transport activity, the BE-DOA ensures regulatory monitoring, designs and distributes operational documentation, and provides crews with all the technical information necessary for flight execution.
The BE-DOA ensures that operations comply with current regulations in order to obtain and maintain the air transport certificate. The BE DOA Technician contributes to the missions of the two poles "Operations and Development" Mission Description
- Perform technical and operational flight preparation studies***Analyze the technical feasibility of flights in the short, medium, and long term
- Evaluate offered load and operational constraints
- Develop the technical studies necessary for flight preparation
- Provide technical elements to crews***Make complete flight files available to Technical Flight Crew
- Compile NOTAMs, line instructions, and operational information
- Guarantee the compliance and reliability of the transmitted data.
- Ensure the documentary and regulatory management of the DOA Design Office***Perform regulatory monitoring (French and European JO, EASA, etc.) Follow aeronautical publications (AIP, NOTAMs, etc.) Analyze the impact of regulatory evolutions in collaboration with Design Office Engineers and inform the relevant personnel (PN, CCO, etc.)
- Manage and update applicable documents, manuals, and regulations (manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, service providers, and the Authority)
- Enter and update computer databases. Supervise the production of flight files in accordance with procedures. Administer navigation system databases.
- Participate in the development projects of the DOA Design Office***Contribute to the continuous improvement of the EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) solution
- Participate in the company's documentary management. Support initiatives related to Green Flight and fuel optimization
- Contribute to future projects of the Development Pole
Profile sought
Training and required level: BAC + 2 level, training such as Technical Engineer Assistant or Operations Agent
Experience: Have 2 years or more of experience in the field of Air Operations (flight preparation) Technical skills Analytical capabilities
