Module/Engine Preparer (M/F)

Context Presentation Within the engine activity at the Direction Générale Industrielle, all of our supply chain logistics activities are grouped within a single unit. The engine/module preparer is an integral part of this team and is responsible for gathering all the parts necessary for the reassembly of the processed engines/modules.

Mission Description In compliance with the program provided by the activity management and working autonomously in the role, the position consists of:

• preparing and locating parts in the information systems,
• searching for technical information in the manufacturer documentation to ensure proper preparation,

• physically completing our preparation trolleys with the received or ordered parts,
• ensuring the presence of all parts necessary for the job,

• verifying the correspondence of parts with the SB application,
• communicating with the managing unit or the coordinator regarding missing parts,

• identifying and searching for solutions to provide missing parts (scrap, withdrawal, return date beyond reassembly) and updating the information system (SI),
• reporting daily on the progress of the preparation and alerting on your difficulties,

• updating the internal communication system to provide the completeness of the job,
• if needed, assembling reassembly kits using the tools available,

Through their expertise, they contribute to the development of know-how in production logistics professions.

Profile sought:

• basic technical knowledge - reading manufacturer documentation
• ease in using IT tools

• knowledge of SI Collect is a plus and Astre are pluses

Profile sought You have a Bac Professionnel Aéronautique option Système or any other technical bac professionnel such as:

• Maintenance des Systèmes Mécaniques Automatisés (MSMA),
• Conception et Réalisation en Chaudronnerie Industrielle (CRCI),

• Maintenance des équipements industriels (MEI),

• Good level of technical English (bright)
