As a Sales Advisor, your role will be: Establishing contact with all our customers through open questions to identify their needs. Representing the brand image and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Contributing to creating a positive and inclusive environment. Promoting our collections, our savoir-faire, and our products to customers. Contributing to sales development and the monitoring of performance indicators. Actively participating in the smooth running of the store: receiving goods, stock management, replenishment, order and cleanliness, among other tasks.
