Credit, Collection, and Warehouse Control

A professional is sought to manage warehouse control, collection, and credit.

Functions

• Manage inventory control and warehouse stock, reception, arrangement, and outflows.
• Generation of shipping guides, mainly PEX and Estafeta.
• Coordinate customer routes with delivery drivers.
• Internal transactions in ERP.
• Annual Physical Inventory.
• Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and payment applications.
• Preparation of purchase requisitions and management of internal services with local providers.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse control and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Notions of CFDI 4.0 (Invoicing, Carta porte, Payment complements, and Credit notes).
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
