🔎 Focus on the Tech team

• In collaboration with the Product team, Skello's Tech team aims to develop an intuitive, reliable, and secure product for our users.
• Divided into impact-teams, the teams are composed of Junior, Intermediate, and Senior profiles to ensure a diversity of skills in improving our solution. As part of our development, we work on various topics: transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture, deploying our platform to new countries and markets… In this context, a new team is being created.

What you would do with us 👇🏼

• Manage different technical projects with direct impacts on our users.
• Develop and implement good coding practices.
• Share expertise with all teams.
• Participate technically in the design, implementation, and integration of features on the product.
• Actively take part in various team rituals (Stand Up, Poker Planning, Grande Démo)

Our Tech Stack

• Back end: Node JS/Typescript, Ruby on Rails 6.0
• Front end: VueJS for web towards React / React Native for our mobile and tablet applications
• DB side: Postgresql / DynamoDB
• Microservices & serverless architecture
• Hosting on AWS
• Tests: Jest / Rspec

If you have never used one of these stacks, we can support you in your skill development.

What we would like to find in you 😍

• Experience in web application development (minimum of 1 to 2 years in CDI)
• Desire to continue developing or increasing skills on our stack
• Curiosity and staying up to date with the latest technologies
• Mastery of relational databases (SQL)
• End-user orientation and very good product sense
• Desire to develop skills in architecture, to have control from the server to the code
• Knowledge of testing frameworks
• Appetite for code review, pair programming, as well as teamwork
• Desire to understand and master the business challenges of your company
• Professional English level that allows you to participate in our internationalization
