Foreign Trade Buyer

At SK Solutions, we are looking for a committed, organized Foreign Trade Buyer with a high sense of responsibility, who wishes to join our team and develop within the area.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, or related (completed or incomplete) Minimum age: 22 years old Experience:

• Knowledge in imports and exports (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge in negotiation with national and international suppliers (minimum 2 years)
• Desirable experience in foreign trade in general (minimum 2 years)

Advanced written English language. Proficiency in Office software (Advanced level) Knowledge of ERP (Desirable, not indispensable)

Main activities:

• Communication, negotiation, and placement of purchase orders with carriers, customs agents, and national and international suppliers.
• Monitoring of purchases made, ensuring compliance with delivery times.
• Validation of received shipments.
• Verify the receipt of materials and channel them to the MP warehouse keeper, process and follow up on tax documents and signatures for accounting control.
• Administrative activities and records related to said operation.
• Keep contact portfolio up to date.
• Perform an evaluation of customs agents based on the time they have been with them and their work effectiveness and prices.
• Registration and monitoring of the complete supply chain in ERP and Office.
• General support to the Purchasing, Sales, Administration, etc. departments.

Schedule:

• Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Thursday and Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
