Senior Engineer Material Structure and Maintenance

The Digitalization Department in Sjøforsvarets forsyningskommando needs to strengthen the team to be able to contribute to Forsvaret's digitalization lift. We are looking for you who is responsible, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you recognize yourself in this, then this could be the job for you. We are seeking a senior engineer with good knowledge of ERP systems who enjoys a challenge and can work systematically. Together with good colleagues, you will support the entire Forsvaret with the enrichment of information about our material in SAP and other relevant tools. This will contribute to streamlining the logistics processes in Forsvaret related to operation and maintenance.

Tasks Participate in work to develop tools and solutions for material operation and maintenance, with a particular focus on maintenance, supply, and processes Assist in requirement setting and support for implementation and maintenance of maritime material systems and master data Adapt and facilitate technical structure, criticality analyses, and maintenance programs managed in SAP and other relevant tools Assist in the development of concepts, procedures, job aids, and training within the field of expertise The person hired will be subject to strengthening disposition in Sjøforsvaret. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with desired specialization within the maintenance field, such as electrical or mechanical. Other education and/or long relevant experience can, upon assessment, compensate for lack of formal education

Experience from the maintenance profession Good written and oral skills in Norwegian and English You must be able to be security cleared to HEMMELIG and NATO SECRET before commencement (for more information about security clearance, see www.nsm.no) It is additionally desirable that you have experience: within maintenance and management of information in ERP systems within criticality analysis with building technical structures with SAP S/4Hana from the maritime sector
