Shop assistant - SINGING ROCK Outlet, Sports equipment sellers

What the job will entail:

• sale of mountaineering and outdoor equipment and sale of PPE for working at heights
• e-shop administration incl. social media
• customer service and daily communication with customers (in person, telephone, written)
• presentation and sale of products at trade fairs and promo events (occasional weekend work)
• alternating Saturday morning shifts at the store (rotating with colleagues)

The job position is intended for those who have:

• experience in a similar position (not required, but an advantage)
• good communication skills
• English at a communicative level (other languages an advantage)
• ability to work in a team, willingness to learn new things
• driving license group B
• knowledge of PC work (MS Office – Word, Excel, AI tools, warehouse systems)
• own outdoor activities, experience with climbing or from the field of working at heights is an advantage

In our company store in Poniklá, we are looking for a capable person who will help outdoor enthusiasts, climbers, or workers at heights with the purchase of the equipment they need for their activities. If sales is your forte and you have your own climbing experience, you are the ideal candidate. You can reach out even if you don't have much experience in our industry yet. We will teach you everything with a bright mind.
