Responsibilities and assignmentsPerform corrective and preventive maintenance, installation of printers, multifunction devices, notebooks, and computers, at customer sites. For printers and/or multifunction devices, perform technical service on low and medium volume PB and color equipment; For low and medium complexity desktops and notebooks, perform diagnosis using manufacturer tools.Requirements and qualificationsComplete Technical Education in Electronics, T.I, and related fields OR currently pursuing Higher Education in TI and related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on the line of low and medium volume PB and Color equipment. For SaaS, training on the HP Notebooks and Desktops track, which are in the Company's product line up and installed in the environment where you are allocated.
