Mechatronics Project Manager - Naval Defense Sector (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of the BE, you will join a team composed of 4 account managers and 1 stock manager. You will interact with the company's accounting team. You will participate in the product development of prototypes in mechanical and mechatronic fields and ensure the interface between mechanical, electronic, IT, and functional issues.

Your missions will be:

• Analyze the functional needs of users and customers.
• Create technical specifications based on customer needs.
• Define the architecture of hardware and mechatronic solutions.
• Perform monitoring of project schedules, costs, milestones, and risks.
• Design and develop mechatronic and mechanical systems.
• Participate in the selection and sizing of components and sub-assemblies.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors.
• Write technical dossiers.
• Monitor the manufacturing of prototypes and equipment.
• Supervise the integration, validation, and qualification phases of products.
• Prepare test campaigns

REQUIRED PROFILE

• The sought-after profile:
• You have at least a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in mechanics or mechatronics.
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience (excluding internships and work-study programs) as a mechanical design engineer.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in technical project management.
• For exchanges with English-speaking customers or suppliers, you are proficient in spoken and written English.
