You will join the team of the Electronic Test Equipment Project Manager, collaborating with 24 project managers who lead the design of testing means.
These tests allow for testing across all of the company's products, and you will support internal technical teams (hardware, software, mechanics) throughout all development phases. You will be responsible for approximately 4 to 5 confidential defense projects simultaneously.
Your main missions will be as follows:
- Project management, working with internal stakeholders, from the quote to delivery
- Supporting technical teams in each of the development phases of test equipment (test benches)
- Guaranteeing project progress reporting and compliance with test equipment development schedules
- Finding technical solutions in case of issues and communicating them to the technical teams
- Guaranteeing financial files and project quality
Occasional travel (on average 1 to 2 times per month) in France and Europe (UK, Germany) is to be expected in order to visit other MBDA sites.

REQUIRED PROFILE
- Defense clearance is mandatory, as is that of your immediate family; the highest level of secret defense clearance is required to work at MBDA
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) as an electronics, mechatronics, optronics, or embedded systems engineer
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager and are accustomed to leading multidisciplinary teams
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken, in order to be comfortable with your international counterparts
