Contribute to the public water and sanitation service, serving one million inhabitants across 750 member municipalities in our territory (presence in the rural areas of Nord, Pas de Calais, and Aisne) by joining the Information Services Department, supporting the Operating Centers that locally manage sanitation systems as well as water production and distribution for the Régie; as well as other support services at the headquarters located in Wasquehal.

The Information Systems Department launched a transformation in 2022 to overhaul the system and achieve modernization objectives for applications available to the water and sanitation business lines, with targets such as a digital twin in the medium term. In this sense, many projects are scheduled for the coming years and we need a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the internal business projects of our structure. We anticipate projects in 2027 regarding remote reading, the implementation of an SIRH, and projects around data.

Within a team of 14 people (development and integration poles, and architecture) and under the responsibility of the Director of Information Systems Transformation, your mission will be to: Define the project through the analysis of needs, its content, and its stakeholders (internal AMOA officers, development team, architect, internal client service, suppliers, service providers, etc.);

Supervise the work performed;

Lead and organize the project and ensure its successful deployment by facilitating project actors;

Implement user support actions during this deployment;

Guarantee compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines within the framework of our public contracts;

Adjust them as needed by providing solutions and justifications;

Lead meetings and write minutes;

Provide technical assistance and, if necessary, propose training for our users.

Are you...? Experienced in IT project management and leadership;

Holder of a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree in IT and/or project management;

Recognized for your interpersonal skills within a team and with internal and external interlocutors; you have proven capabilities in transversal management to bring stakeholders into the project;

Reactive, you adapt easily to complex situations and know how to work in crisis management;

Knowledgeable in ITIL best practices and agile practices; and seasoned in Prince 2 project management methods;

Capable of easily discussing IT technical basics with technical experts;

Comfortable with the practice of technical IT English (written).

Position to be filled as soon as possible at our headquarters in Wasquehal, in a green setting, just steps away from the "Grand Cottignies" tramway stop. A driving license (Permis B) is required due to occasional travel to our operating centers located within the syndicate's territory.
