Job responsibilities:

Full oversight of company operations in Latvia, including financial administration, VAT registration and tax compliance, maintaining banking relationships, negotiations with clothing manufacturers in Uzbekistan, management of e-commerce platforms (Amazon and other marketplaces), sales data analysis and performance monitoring, coordination of inventory and logistics, as well as development and implementation of company strategy.

Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education (Master's degree) in business administration, economics, or a related field. Experience in wholesale or e-commerce operations management. Advanced data analysis and business intelligence (BI) skills, including experience with data visualization and analysis tools. High computer literacy (MS Excel, BI tools). Negotiation and financial analysis skills. Knowledge of the Uzbek language is required for direct communication with manufacturers and suppliers in Uzbekistan. Knowledge of the English language is required for communication with EU business partners and e-commerce platforms.

The employer offers:

Gross salary from 1815-2000 EUR per month, depending on experience. The opportunity to lead the operations of an international trading company from the ground up, with a direct impact on strategy and company development in the European Union market.
