Your mission: Reporting to the Group Technical Director, you guarantee the industrialization of new products as well as the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across all group sites, in compliance with the regulatory requirements specific to the medical device sector. You will also manage a team of 4 employees. Your main missions will be: New project management:
- Define the industrialization processes necessary for the launch of new products.
- Develop technical and financial specifications
- Ensure the monitoring of their implementation both internally and externally
- Write technical notices and instruction sheets intended for production departments
- Calculate and guarantee production costs
- Participate in the testing of new installations
- Drive risk management through the animation of working sessions at each phase of the project
- Perform qualifications of machines and specific means
Continuous improvement of existing operations:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and existing methodological tools
- Participate in the deployment of continuous improvement and risk management tools (CDCF, AMDEC, SADT, etc.)
- Train teams on new processes
- Verify times, operating procedures, and process organization
- Propose adaptations of tools and production resources according to company needs
- Research equipment and methods to streamline production
- Conduct monitoring of new technologies
Profile sought:
- Higher education level of Bac +5 or an engineering degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, plastics engineering, or equivalent
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position (industrialization, methods, or industrial project management), ideally acquired in the plastics engineering sector
- Team management experience is appreciated
- Experience in a highly regulated industrial environment, such as the medical device sector, is highly appreciated.
- Good mastery of continuous improvement, risk analysis, and project management tools.
- Professional technical English
