Be part of our team! We are looking for a Junior collection Analyst 1, with a minimum of six (6) months of experience in sales or commercial advisory, preferably in the automotive sector, to strengthen portfolio management and contribute to the timely fulfillment of collection processes.
Academic training: Technician or technologist in commercial, administrative, or related fields with proficiency in English.
Job mission: Manage the collection and recovery process of the portfolio, performing follow-up with clients and brokers, updating information, and ensuring compliance with established agreements and payment dates.
Functions:
- Manage contact with clients and brokers for the follow-up and collection of outstanding obligations.
- Perform follow-up on payments, established agreements, and portfolio commitments.
- Prepare daily and periodic reports on delinquent clients and outstanding portfolio.
- Update databases and record the traceability of the management actions performed.
- Identify developments in payment processes and manage solutions with clients and related areas.
- Support commercial advisors in requests related to portfolio management.
Knowledge:
- Word and Excel.
- Office tools.
- Reading comprehension.
- Internal applications and platforms.
- Administrative bases.
- Portfolio management and follow-up processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English level is required.
Labor competencies: Negotiation skills, teamwork, commercial capacity, analytical capacity, initiative, clear communication, listening skills, and fast learning.
Salary: $2,450,000 + transportation allowance + emotional salary + current legal benefits. Contract type: Fixed term, directly with the organization. Schedule: Time slot from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Friday, respecting the 42 weekly hours. Workplace: Medellín, Antioquia. On-site modality.
