Plastic R&D Researcher

• Research and develop color formulas: Invent, develop, and improve color formulas (Color Matching) to meet customer requirements
• Property testing: Inspect and test physical and chemical properties
• Production coordination: Collaborate with the production department to implement formulas in actual production (Trial Run) and assist in solving technical problems on-site
• Prepare work-related documentation

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Polymer, or other related fields; gender not specified Normal vision (not color blind), high attention to detail, and good immediate problem-solving skills Able to work in a team, understands coordination and the importance of communication, punctual Proficient in computer usage, basic English reading/writing skills
