What will you do in your day-to-day? 🎯

🔮 Depending on the assigned role, your main mission will be to change a "no" into a "yes". Your functions may include:

Retention strategist: Convincing customers who are thinking of leaving that staying is their best option.

Reconnect: Calling former customers to remind them why they chose us and bring them back.

Negotiate solutions: Managing debt agreements in a close and professional manner with customers.

Resolve with empathy: Transforming complaints and incidents into positive experiences.

Advise: Becoming an expert in Sector Alarm security systems to guide users.
