Your Tasks

As a Development Engineer (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for your development projects – with your own budget, short decision-making paths, and real creative freedom:

• You lead development projects holistically – from the initial idea through the prototype to series production readiness
• You further develop existing products and work out new solutions in a team
• You translate market requirements into technically and economically viable product solutions – closely networked with Product Management, Sales, Production, and Plant Planning, as well as in direct exchange with customers on-site
• You plan component tests, carry them out in the Schöck-owned test center, and evaluate the results
• You coordinate the cooperation of internal specialist departments, external testing institutes, and experts
• You accompany building authority approval processes and are in direct exchange with regulatory authorities.

Your Profile

You have a completed degree as Dipl.-Ing. / Master in Civil Engineering (structural engineering), ideally supplemented by initial professional experience.
