Employee (m/f/d) Invoice Verification in Part-Time (Industrial Clerk)

On behalf of our client, an internationally active industrial company, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) Invoice Verification in part-time (15-20 hours per week) in the Sigmaringen area. The position is temporary for one year and is to be filled within the framework of temporary employment. Ref. 46961

Tasks

• Verification, processing, and posting of incoming invoices for goods deliveries, investments, and services
• Checking of reports, service statements, as well as clarification of discrepancies with purchasing and specialist departments
• Monitoring and processing of flagged and blocked invoices as well as associated workflows
• Correspondence with suppliers regarding incorrect invoices and open questions
• Processing of supplier reminders as well as checking outstanding payments
• Support in the further development and digitalization of internal processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, for example as a Bürokauffrau (m/f/d), Industriekauffrau (m/f/d) or a comparable training
• Professional experience in invoice verification / accounting / accounts payable accounting or a related specialist area
• Very good knowledge of common Office programs, especially Excel, as well as SAP knowledge
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Reliable and thorough way of working, as well as an eye for the big picture to drive and further develop internal processes
