YOUR TASKS

• You further develop our purchasing strategy.

You manage strategic procurement activities and continuously develop the supplier and product group strategy. In doing so, you work closely with Group Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and other relevant departments.

• You analyze markets and identify potentials.

You monitor market, product, and price developments as well as macroeconomic trends, conduct analyses, and derive cost reduction and optimization measures from them.

• You help shape supplier management.

You evaluate, qualify, and audit new suppliers, further develop existing supplier relationships, and conduct price, condition, and contract negotiations. All within a regional, national, and global environment.

• You work with SAP, data, and KPIs.

Together with product management, you maintain relevant price data, analyze purchasing data, and create regular KPI and status reports. For this, you use SAP and other relevant software applications.

• You take responsibility for safety, health, and the environment.

You always act responsibly, look after yourself, your colleagues, and our environment, and actively contribute to a safe and sustainable working environment.

YOUR SKILLS

• You bring the appropriate education and experience.

You have a completed higher commercial or technical education and several years of relevant industrial professional experience. Experience or additional training in strategic purchasing or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

• You are strong in negotiation and analytical.

You possess high negotiation security, have a good grasp of complex commercial and technical contexts, and work analytically, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented.

• You are IT, data, and SAP-savvy.

You have very good IT skills and experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally SAP. You can handle and analyze large and complex data structures, if necessary with the support of AI applications.

• You communicate confidently in English and internationally.

You have business-fluent English skills, bring intercultural competence, and are willing to travel internationally.

• You convince through your personality.
