Business Operation (Automate)

• Collect, structure, and analyze operational data from the company's systems
• Design and manage Automated Workflows for reporting, tracking, and daily operations
• Use data analysis tools to support decision-making (possessing data analyst skills and mindset)
• Act as an intermediary to coordinate between business departments and the Developer team to communicate system requirements and various issues
• Coordinate the resolution of problems when errors occur in the system or workflows
• Prepare and manage operational performance reports for executives and stakeholders
• Train internal teams on system usage, data management processes, and automated system operations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data, or related fields Good analytical skills with the ability to work with data and systems Experience in data analysis, reporting, or Process Automation will be specially considered Proficient in working with internal software and operational tools Good English skills in both communication and comprehension Organized, adaptable, and able to coordinate across teams
