Sandvik Mining is looking for:

Accounts Payable Clerk

Main areas of performance:

• Perform administrative registration activities (scanning) of invoices to be registered in the AURORA system and provide support in following up on their corresponding payment for the assigned entity.

About the position:

• Receive invoices and corresponding payment requests for the assigned entity, validating address data and internal codes to identify that they belong to the entity.
• Register invoices and credit notes in the corresponding system or ERP to be processed and sent to LOG and received by Accounts Payable Process.
• Request information regarding clarifications of received invoices to ensure correct entry for payments.
• Receive statements of account for review.
• Download supplier invoices from websites.
• Reconcile supplier accounts.
• Generate journal entries, provisions, or actual expense entries in specific processes such as supplier account reconciliations, telephony, and airline ticket accounts, among others.

Your profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting processes.
• Advanced English language is INDISPENSABLE
• Experience in Shared Services or Shared Service Centers (SSC).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Aurora, etc.).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite.
