Mission Description Safran Helicopter Engines is at the forefront of the technical documentation field. This documentation is indispensable to our customers and our global maintenance and repair networks to maintain our engines and equipment in operational condition.
Within the Support and Services Division in the Technical Support Department (D2S/TR), you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for collecting and analyzing technical data that will be published in technical documentation. These publications, updated periodically, are based on structured data complying with international ATA or S1000D standards.
In compliance with deadlines, quality, and standards, for periodic updates you are responsible for:
- the analysis of evolution data,
- the configuration management of this data,
- the integration of various technical constraints (data formats, ATA and S1000D standards, Documentation Policy, Customer Requirements, Géode, technical English),
- the specification of modifications intended for technical writing service providers,
- the validation of documents,
- the management of service providers
- the publication of documents (internal or outsourced).
You co-facilitate the multidisciplinary follow-up meetings for each update.
You maintain the follow-up of commitments and deliverables for the MAKILA team.
You act as the liaison between the platform manager and the methods and brand teams of the Technical Support Department.
You are in charge of projects to improve the documentary base or arising from the department's progress plan.
You develop technical solutions, optimize your working methods, maintain the follow-up of your commitments and deliverables, as well as your weekly and monthly planning, all in coordination with the group manager.
