Responsibilities:

• serving food and drinks according to the rules of the hospitality profession
• preparing the restaurant for meals and special events, setting and maintaining tables, and taking care of the cleanliness of inventory according to standards and aesthetic criteria
• calculation and collection of payments for services provided to guests.

Required knowledge, skills, and experience:

• completed secondary vocational education (hospitality direction preferred)
• knowledge of the English language, with knowledge of German or Italian being an advantage
• knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
• pronounced service orientation, communication skills, and responsibility
• accuracy, neatness, and dexterity in work
• knowledge and application of professional rules.
