What you bring to the table

• Successfully completed technical construction training with further training or a degree
• Several years of professional experience as a Construction/Project Leader on larger projects - preferably in the field of railway technology
• Profound MS-Office user knowledge
• Business fluent English in spoken & written form, other languages an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Qualities such as initiative, teamwork, and leadership competence

Your new challenges

• Independent planning and execution of medium and large-scale projects in the field of railway technology
• From planning to commissioning (calculation, monitoring and coordination of execution, customer care, billing)
• Functional leadership of the construction managers and workers on the projects as well as personnel deployment planning
• Coordination with clients and/or subcontractors
• Building and maintaining networks as well as representing the company externally
• Change management and project controlling
