Director of the Syndicat ODG Picpoul de Pinet (M/F) Your mission As the right hand of the President and the privileged interlocutor for the Bureau, the Board of Directors, and the commissions, you are the guarantor of the implementation of the Syndicat's strategy. You manage all the activities of the structure and support a renewed governance by coordinating the many stakeholders of the appellation. Both strategist and operational, you ensure the smooth daily functioning of the Syndicat while handling major files, contributing to the strategic evolutions of the appellation, and supporting the collective projects of the professionals.
Your main responsibilities You will intervene notably in the following areas: Manage the administrative, financial, and HR functioning of the Syndicat. Prepare, facilitate, and ensure the follow-up of governance bodies. Support elected officials in the implementation of their strategic orientations. Represent the Syndicat to institutional and professional partners (INAO, CIVL, local authorities, FranceAgriMer, etc.). Carry the strategic files of the appellation: revision of the area, protection of the AOP, land issues, irrigation, infrastructure, territorial development... Set up and manage funding and subsidy files. Supervise the communication strategy and contribute to the influence of the appellation. Develop cohesion among members and unite the various stakeholders around collective projects.
The profile we are looking for You possess a successful first experience in management functions, structure management, or leading complex projects. You know how to operate in environments where technical, economic, institutional, and human dimensions are closely linked. You are recognized for: Your leadership and your ability to unite; Your interpersonal skills with high-level interlocutors; Your excellent writing skills; Your sense of organization and your ability to manage several files simultaneously; Your ability to convince, negotiate, and represent an organization. You appreciate environments where decisions are built collectively and know how to demonstrate diplomacy, discernment, and pragmatism. Knowledge of the wine sector, agricultural sectors, or professional organizations is a real asset, though not indispensable. Above all, we are looking for a director capable of managing, coordinating, and bringing projects to fruition.
