Do you master automotive quality tools, do you enjoy sharing your expertise, and do you want to go further than a trainer role?

We are supporting a training organization specialized in industrial environments, working mainly with players in the automotive and aeronautics sectors.

As part of its business development, the company wishes to strengthen its expertise in quality tools and standards and is recruiting a person capable of progressively taking responsibility for this scope.

Your role

You will work with industrial clients in France and internationally to lead training sessions around the main quality tools and standards:

IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, AMDEC, MSA, SPC, QRQC, APQP/PPAP, 8D, ISO 9001, EN 9100.

But the position is not limited to training.

Progressively, you will also take charge of the coordination and development of the department:

  • organization and coordination of interventions carried out by internal and external trainers;
  • support and integration of new instructors;
  • evolution of content and development of new training courses;
  • contribution to the structuring and development of the offering;
  • participation in accreditation and partnership processes with the main players in the sector.

The objective is to allow you, eventually, to take real responsibility for the department, with strong autonomy in its organization and development. These dimensions of steering, management of trainers, and evolution of the offering are an integral part of the requirement.

The position offers a rather rare combination of: technical expertise, training, consulting, management, and business development.

You will work within demanding industrial environments, with a real international dimension, while having great autonomy in your organization.

The pace involves approximately two trips per month (1 to 3 days per trip), in France or abroad.

The profile we are looking for You have significant experience in automotive industrial quality and master several of the main Core Tools and standards of the sector.

Experience in aeronautics is a real plus but is not indispensable.

You have already led training sessions, supported teams, or shared your expertise within the framework of consulting, auditing, or management missions.

You are perfectly comfortable working and conducting training in English. Significant professional experience internationally is particularly appreciated given the missions entrusted.

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a person who is: autonomous, structured, pedagogical, capable of uniting experts, and eager to participate in the development of an activity.

An engineering degree is desired.
