Versatile Sales Advisor (M/F)

RELAY is looking for 3 versatile sales advisors for its point of sale located at Roissy CDG Terminal 2A.

You will ensure high-quality reception for travelers, advise customers, ensure the store is well-maintained, and participate in checkouts.

Your main missions:

• Welcome, guide, and advise customers (international public)
• Perform checkouts in compliance with internal procedures
• Ensure store replenishment from the stockroom
• Ensure shelf stocking, facing, product rotation, and restocking.
• Participate in inventories and goods reception.
• Represent the brand image and guarantee impeccable customer service

Profile sought:

• Experience in SALES or Reception appreciated, motivated beginners accepted
• Conversational English mandatory
• Spanish appreciated
• Sense of customer service, dynamism, punctuality, and good presentation
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in staggered shifts from 08:00 to 15:30/ 14:30 to 22:00, weekends and public holidays.

Salary: SMIC + bonuses on Sundays, public holidays, and potential night hours.

Must be eligible for an airport badge (clean criminal record) Must have a vehicle or reside in a city served by the FILEO network in order to be able to come to work at the airport during staggered shifts.
