The 5* Relais & Châteaux Au Cœur du Village hotel is looking for its new talents to join the Reception team for the Winter 2026/2027 season. Valet/Bellman (M/F) Within our Reception team, you are present by our clients' sides from their arrival, throughout their stay, and until their departure; you contribute to creating a warm, fluid, and personalized experience. Through your sense of service, your attention to detail, and the quality of each of your interactions, you actively participate in the excellence of the customer experience.

Your main missions: Warmly welcome each client, guide them, and inform them about the establishment's services. Take charge of luggage upon the clients' arrival and departure, with care and efficiency. Take charge of client vehicles and ensure their parking with care and safety. Participate in various concierge missions: restaurant reservations, ski passes, small purchases, laundry management, errands, mail, etc. Perform client transfers near the establishment according to needs. Be the guarantor of the cleanliness and quality of the hotel's outdoor spaces, the parking lot, and the surroundings of the establishment, and ensure snow removal and salting operations of the forecourt.

Your profile: You are serious, willing, and diligent. You are a graduate of a hotel school or have solid experience in luxury hospitality. You speak English fluently (any other language is a plus). You have a great sense of service, discretion, and presentation. Driving license (Permis B) required, good driving skills.
