Your key missions Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors Accompany each client, according to the quality standards of Le Taillevent** Satisfy client expectations; Manage the telephone switchboard and respond to emails Manage reservations (via the reservation software) Ensure the setup at the restaurant entrance (cloakroom, signage...) Manage the cloakroom Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the restaurant reception area Pass on received information to the correct interlocutors Report all important information to your hierarchical superior
The Profile we are looking for You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, rigor, and team spirit. You possess an excellent presentation, a great sense of hospitality, and you are attentive to client satisfaction. You have experience in a high-end establishment in a similar position.
