Barman / Barmaid (M/F) – CDI

As part of the summer season, we are looking for a Barman / Barmaid on a seasonal CDD, passionate about the world of bars and eager to join a dynamic team within an exceptional establishment. In collaboration with the floor team and under the supervision of the food and beverage management, your missions will be: Ensure the setup and organization of the bar Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation and the proper storage of products Prepare cocktails respecting the house recipes and standards Master the preparation of classic cocktails Advise customers on drinks, cocktails, and spirits Participate in the smooth running of service and the bar atmosphere Ensure the management and restocking of the bar during service

Proven experience behind a bar

Good knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails

Rigor in execution and organizational skills

Excellent presentation and sense of service

Dynamism and team spirit

English mandatory

CDI to be filled immediately

Salary: €2,315 gross / month
