The Bar-Bibliothèque of the Saint James Paris 5* is looking for its next Bartender to join its dynamic team in a full-time CDI position.
Your missions: Master the preparation of classic cocktails. Manage bar replenishment and ensure the proper execution of food & beverage orders. Supervise the smooth running of service, including dining room service and clearing tables. Offer a warm welcome and impeccable customer follow-up. Have detailed knowledge of the products offered on the food & beverage menu. Participate in monthly inventories and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Contribute to the training of new staff members.
Your profile: Impeccable presentation and sense of service. Fluent in English (one or more other foreign languages would be an asset). Proven experience in a luxury establishment.
