Mid-level Lawyer - Arbitration / Strategic Litigation

Responsibilities and duties Drafting complex pleadings, reports, memorandums, etc. Participation in the strategic design of cases. Participation in meetings with clients. Organization of demands and deadlines. Conducting/participating in more complex hearings. Assisting the team of junior lawyers and interns.

Requirements and qualifications Experience in Arbitration / Litigation, in a law firm as a Mid-level Lawyer. Solid legal education. Knowledge of the main theses and specific legislations. Advanced English. Specialization (master's and/or doctorate will be considered differentiators). Ability to absorb and manage several tasks simultaneously. Focus on continuous academic development.
