Working hours: Full-time

Remuneration: from € 2,700 gross/month with willingness to overpay depending on appropriate qualification and professional experience

Your area of responsibility

• Planning and dispatching of international transports
• Organization and control of daily transport processes
• Monitoring of shipments and delivery dates
• Coordination of special trips
• Customer support and consulting
• Price negotiations with transport partners
• Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and punctuality
• Processing transport orders in the dispatch system
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, or transport
• Professional experience in dispatching is an advantage
• Organizational talent with an independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
• Good geographical knowledge
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office and IT systems
• Teamwork skills as well as high customer orientation
