IT Project Manager

Daily tasks

• Coordination of a multifunctional team (developers, testers) consisting of ~10 people.
• Effective project management (Agile, SCRUM) from start to finish, within the SDLC.
• Setting clear goals, building schedules, and defining key project milestones.
• Managing the task backlog and the ability to set priorities.
• Direct cooperation with developers, testers, and devOps.
• Project risk management - communicating threats and risks to stakeholders and preparing alternative plans.
• Building partner relationships with clients and conducting regular status meetings with both the client and the production team.
• Managing project documentation and the release process.
• Monitoring SLA.
• A holistic view of the project to identify inefficiencies and implement changes to improve work.
• Removing obstacles in the team's daily work, providing daily mentoring support, and maintaining a high work culture.

Requirements

— Min. 2 years in IT project management (knowledge of software development specifics and familiarity with technical issues are key). — Experience in direct cooperation with developers. — Experience working in the SCRUM methodology and knowledge of agile project management issues. — Fluency in business communication in English (min. B2 level) - both spoken and written. — Knowledge of work organization tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Your superpowers, key to this position: Decisiveness and goal orientation: You do not give up when difficulties arise; you lead topics to completion. Influencing: You can convince others of your reasoning for the good of the project/team and persuade them to take desired actions. Customer orientation: You listen to needs and can turn them into concrete solutions. Nice to have — Experience in the Streaming / OTT sector. — Experience in projects with mobile or tv applications.
