Job Description

Develop web applications covering both front-end and back-end development. Understand the company's business processes and translate operational requirements into practical software solutions and automated workflows. Develop and integrate AI-powered features and applications to improve internal workflows, productivity, data analysis, and user experience. Understand, upgrade, maintain, modify, troubleshoot, and improve existing web applications. Provide system administration and IT support for the company's IT infrastructure and users. Recommend and propose new IT innovations, automation solutions, and AI technologies that can improve business operations. Work comfortably with existing systems, enhancements, integrations, and new application development. Strong front-end development skills with good understanding of UI/UX design principles. Knowledge of Python, APIs, AI technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage

1. Full-stack Developer

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house applications using CodeIgniter/Laravel, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
  • Design and develop new application modules, APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications based on changing business requirements.
  • Ensure application code quality, security, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and implement appropriate fixes and improvements.

2. AI Development & Automation

  • Develop and integrate AI-assisted features into existing and new company applications.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI services through APIs such as OpenAI and other AI platforms.
  • Develop AI-powered tools for intelligent search and information retrieval, data analysis and summarization, document and content generation, AI assistants and chat-based applications, workflow automation, recommendation and matching systems, and internal knowledge or support tools.
  • Build backend services and integrations using Python where appropriate.
  • Design prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and AI workflows for business applications.
  • Connect AI applications with internal databases, APIs, and company systems.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, security, and appropriate use.
  • Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies that may improve company operations.
  • Recommend practical AI solutions based on actual business requirements rather than implementing AI solely for technology.

3. IT Support & System Administration

  • Provide desktop and technical support (L1/L2) for end users, resolving hardware, software, network, and applicationissues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems while ensuring minimal operational downtime.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.
  • Support user accounts, workstations, software applications, network connectivity, and related IT infrastructure.
  • Assist with system administration and the maintenance of company IT resources.

4. Multifaceted IT Role

  • Engage in multimedia tasks, including Photoshop and basic video editing, when required.
  • Assist with technical projects outside the primary development scope when necessary.
  • Take on various IT responsibilities and demonstrate versatility across software development, AI, system administration, and technical support.
  • Continuously explore technologies that can improve internal processes and business productivity.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in full-stack development, software development, or IT support.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting business applications is preferred.
  • Experience with AI development, automation, API integration, or Python will be an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Backend (PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, Python knowledge preferred)
  • Frontend (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, responsive web development)
  • Framework (CodeIgniter / MVC Framework)
  • AI & Automation (Generative AI and LLMs, AI API integration, prompt engineering, AI workflow design, OpenAI or similar platforms, Python for AI integration, JSON/REST APIs, structured outputs and data processing)
