Cooks, Baristas and Customer Service for cafeteria in Miraflores day shift and afternoon shift

We are Hito, a cafeteria focused on 'all day brunch', we are looking for people with energy and talent, who help us provide the best experience to our customers for our cafeteria located in Miraflores. On this occasion, we are looking to fill the following roles:

*Multifunction Customer Service* (part time and full time)

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in customer service (restaurants/cafeterias)
• Experience in cash balancing
• Intermediate/advanced English
• Availability to work in rotating schedules
• Living in areas adjacent to Miraflores.

Your functions will be:

• Receiving customers
• Taking orders in the premises and delivery
• Knowing the menu in depth and suggesting dishes
• Maintaining efficient service
• Helping customers with their doubts and complaints
• Maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the shift
• Cash balancing

*Barista* (full time)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in high-flow cafeterias (demonstrable)
• Absolute daily calibration mastery on the machine
• Availability to work in rotating schedules and full time
• Disposition and skill to prepare other beverages additional to coffee
• Living in areas adjacent to Miraflores

Your functions will be:

• Calibrating the espresso machine and grinders at the start of the shift
• Preparing and serving beverages of excellent quality, including latte art techniques
• Preparing the non-coffee beverage menu
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and deep disinfection of their work area
• Leading the control of their inventory of their supplies.

*Junior Cook* (full time)

Requirements:

• Students in their final cycle or graduates of the gastronomy career
• Knowledge of BPM
• 6 months of experience in high-flow restaurants/cafeterias
• Availability to work in rotating schedules and full time
• Living in areas adjacent to Miraflores

Your functions will be:

• Preparing the mise and place indicated by the head of kitchen
• Preparing scheduled production
• Supporting in the preparation, assembly, and presentation of dishes
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and deep disinfection of their work area
• Other functions inherent to the position
