Job Description

• Together with the Fixed-Income team, you will work on the active management of fixed-income portfolios with a focus on Investment Grade Corporate Bonds.
• You will take responsibility for the performance- and risk-oriented management of Corporate Bonds holdings.
• You will carefully assess the creditworthiness of companies across various industries.
• You will analyze market and industry trends and prepare proposals for the Investment Committee.
• You will keep a close eye on relevant economic developments and trends and act as an input provider for strategic and tactical Asset Allocation.
• You are interested in other liquid and illiquid Fixed-Income asset classes and are interested in supporting your colleagues.
• You view cross-functional tasks, participation in projects, and involvement in process improvements as opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by market-standard continuing education programs (for example, CIIA or CFA training).
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Portfoliomanager (m/f/d) of Corporate Bonds with a positive sustainable track record.
• Familiar with the credit analysis of Corporate Bonds as well as a deep understanding of financial markets and the factors that influence corporate bonds.
• Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting paired with problem-solving competence and decisiveness, as well as a high degree of integrity, trust, and credibility.
• Strong-communicating team player who is able to implement complex topics and decision-making processes in a structured manner across all interfaces.
• Good knowledge of financial market information systems (especially Bloomberg).
• Very good written and spoken English skills.
