Your Tasks Coordination of daily operational business in the area of material supply for automotive production as well as coordination of the material provision team. Distribution of shift-related tasks, monitoring their execution, and practical guidance of team members in daily operations. Control of material requisition, material issue, and production-related material provision to ensure a continuous and reliable supply for production. Monitoring material availability as well as rapid processing of material shortages, urgent material requirements, and other operational problems that could affect the production process. Ensuring the consistent application of the First-in-first-out principle (FIFO), batch management, and traceability requirements. Control of stocks in production-related warehouses as well as prevention of the provision of incorrect, mixed, or missing parts. Standardization of processes for material returns from production, material exchange, and material replenishment. Ensuring high 5S standards through clear warehouse structures, correct material labeling, and appropriate area-related storage. Monitoring material movements as well as ensuring the compliance of physical stocks with delivery documents and the data in the SAP system. Support of regular inventories as well as participation in the investigation and root cause analysis of stock discrepancies. Identification and reporting of slow-moving items, excess stocks, and conspicuous materials via the designated internal reporting channels. Identification of operational problems, coordination of corrective measures, and reporting on the progress of improvement measures. Ensuring compliance with German occupational safety regulations, internal processes, and operational requirements in all on-site activities.
Your Profile Completed vocational training or studies in the field of production, material management, warehouse management, logistics, or a comparable field. One to three years of professional experience in material provision, production logistics, or warehouse management within a manufacturing company. At least one year of experience in leading or instructing a team. Good understanding of operational material flows, production-related supply processes, inventory control, and material traceability. Practical knowledge of 5S principles and occupational safety requirements. Good computer skills and confident use of Excel for creating operational evaluations. Practical experience with SAP or another warehouse management or ERP system is an advantage. Ability to distribute tasks, coordinate daily operational business, and guide team members in a practice-oriented work environment. Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility. Good communication skills as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and other departments. Sufficient English skills for communication in an international production environment. German language skills are a great advantage.
