The Real Estate Planner and SPV Investment Commercial Area are responsible for designing commercial property development strategies, managing investment projects, and ensuring the success of real estate asset development. Main tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing marketing plans, coordinating property auctions, as well as preparing visual designs and development plans. Additionally, this position also involves coordination with internal and external teams to ensure projects run according to plan and meet company quality standards.
