Job Objective

Main Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analysis (raw material and production).
- Capture and qualify Metalografías.
- Perform Density tests.
- Perform molding sand tests: moisture, strength, permeability, bentonite, granulometry, methylene blue.
- Perform inspection and release of raw material and materials (granulometry test, bentonite swelling, dimensional analysis).
- Prepare and perform destructive and hardness tests.
- Inspect internal and external rejection, generate report.
- Perform dimensional verification of parts, tools and generate report.
- Validate leak tests.
- Verify gauges and measuring equipment.
- Clean and standardize the spectrometer.
