Program Requirements:

Education: Active university students from the 4th semester onwards of QFB, Ing. Química, Ing. Industrial, Biotecnología, or related fields. Ingeniería Industrial

• It is indispensable to have current facultative or private insurance provided by the university.
• It is indispensable to maintain active student status (with enrolled subjects for at least 12 months).

Knowledge:

• English: Advanced
• Excel: Intermediate - Advanced
• Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint Avanzado, Canva
• Skills: Proactivity, self-direction, creativity, responsibility, attention to detail, analytical capacity, and focus.

Activities:

You will provide support in:

• Managing the Training Plan applicable to the employee with area managers, to ensure effective and efficient training.
• Creation of curricula for each position of the new organization in Vantive LATAM (Warehouse & Distribución) in VLEARN
• Review of country curricula and adapting them to the Vantive process.
• Creation of training materials.
• Creation of evaluations in VLEARN.
• Additionally, you will provide support to the CQA area in QMS and Documentation:
• Support in generating quality metrics reports in a dynamic and creative way, as well as managing the area's email and sending communications from the Quality area.

All this under the supervision of the responsible team, driving your practical learning.
