Senior Project Manager – Field & Client Operations

Within our team, we have an open position for a Senior Project Manager – Field & Client Operations, whose objective will be to support the division manager in the operational and strategic management of complex clients and projects in the fields of trade marketing, retail, and events. The person will have a key role in coordinating field activities, managing multiple clients in parallel, and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and profitability.

What will be your objectives in this role? End-to-end management of multiple clients and projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines, SLA, and deliverables

Operational coordination of field activities (merchandiser, promoter, auditor, hostess)

Support for the start-up of new clients and new activities

Analysis of timing and operational performance

Proactive identification of critical issues and definition of effective operational solutions

Collaboration with the internal team to optimize processes, flows, and results

Operational presence in the field when necessary (launches, critical moments)

Who are you? You are a multitasking, structured, and proactive person

You are an objective-oriented person, with an analytical and data-driven mind

You know English fluently

You are a flexible person regarding field work

You have excellent organizational and priority management skills

You have previous experience in Project Management / Operations / Field Management roles

You preferably come from trade marketing, communication, or services agencies, or complex operational contexts

You are familiar with analysis, reporting, and operational management tools
