Field Marketing Support

Within our team, we have an open Field Support position whose objective will be to ensure effective support in managing merchandiser/promoter activities across the national territory.

What will be your objectives in this role? In support of project implementation, you will be responsible for the selection, onboarding, and training of resources in the territory, ensuring full compliance of the documentation necessary for access to points of sale.

You will coordinate the operational planning of activities through dedicated company tools, ensuring the correct execution of visits through constant monitoring of field activities, the analysis of collected evidence, and the verification of the quality and completeness of the data and images acquired.

Who are you? You are a person passionate about the marketing and retail sector, with a strong customer orientation, and you have already had experience in operational marketing projects in trade marketing or communication agencies.

You have already had experience in managing merchandising/in-store promotion activities.

You like interacting with people and being part of a team.

You are an organized and precise person, oriented towards objectives and deadlines.

You are an analytical person, skilled at analyzing data and drawing insights.

You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

You have a fluent knowledge of the English language.
